Meet the builder
Owner and founder Craig Ross is a certified Class “A” general contractor with a background in architecture. He currently serves as chairman of the City of Tampa’s Architectural Review Commission, and his portfolio spans luxury townhomes, in-fill developments, commercial town centers, several of Bayshore Boulevard’s most striking homes and hundreds of custom homes throughout Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.

Featured restoration
Designed one room deep for the cross-ventilation Florida’s climate demands, this two-story residence with its third-floor tower room was renovated to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and placed before the National Register of Historic Places and the City of Tampa Register of Historic Landmarks. During World War II it was home to General Rosenham Beam.
